Historic Fred Harvey Farm

The Town of Chino Valley, in partnership with the Trust for Public Land, has acquired the Fred Harvey Farm located at the Historic Del Rio Springs, the original Territorial Capital of Arizona. The land is 23 acres in size and is within the boundaries of a future state park. Town officials plan to stabilize the historical buildings on the site, preserve the land and create a unique tourism attraction for the region. 

The Town is currently asking for donations in order to first stabilize the buildings and clean the grounds, so we are able to open to the public. For additional information please contact Maggie Holmberg, Economic Development Manager.
