3.  Call 1-888-855-8919, choose 1=schedule inspection or 2=cancel an existing inspection, choose 1=residential permit or 2=commercial permit, enter your permit number(no dashes), enter the 3 digit inspection code, enter the day you are requesting the inspection for(mmddyy), confirm your request with a yes or no.
