Town Council is considering Code Amendments on the use of metal storage containers. They are seeking public input to assure the new codes are appropriate for Chino Valley and address the needs of its residents and businesses. The Open Houses are done.  But you can still give us your thoughts!

-Should there be a limit to the number of containers on residential properties? 

-Should there be minimum distance between containers and neighboring properties?

-Should there be color and appearance requirements for containers on residential properties?

-Should there be any restrictions on containers on commercial properties? If so, what, and why?

-If new codes are adopted, how long should property owners be given to bring existing containers into compliance? One year? Two years? Or should they be grandfathered?
