The Town remains in contact with representatives from both ADEQ, the agency of jurisdiction, and Circle K. As we are not the agency of jurisdiction, the information we receive is the same as both these parties have been sharing publicly through other venues. The recent news articles in the Chino Valley Review are comprehensive and thorough sources of accurate and up-to-date information. If you have not read those articles the link is here: www.dcourier.com/news/chino-valley-review/
